We will work closely with your team to ensure perfect service, each and every time.


We understand the time-sensitive nature of the airline industry. Flight delays and time changes may be expected, and we will work closely with the airline to monitor changes as necessary. The duty or station manager can expect 24/7 phone answering and prompt email responses.

We will coordinate on a daily basis and make necessary changes based on flight schedules and adjust pickup times accordingly, at no additional cost.


All of our vehicles are equipped with real-time GPS-tracking devices. This allows us to live monitor the movement of the vehicles and provide near accurate estimated times of arrival (ETA). Our office also monitors traffic conditions and adjusts vehicle routings as necessary for optimal travel time efficiency. Airline teams will have unique username and password which will enable them to monitor assigned vehicles for their crews.

On-board amenities include reclining leather seating, WiFi connectivity, water, tissues, hand sanitizer and USB charge port outlets.


Our vehicle drivers will be responsible for the loading and offloading of all luggage. The flight crew may kindly leave their luggage by the rear of the vehicle and the driver will secure all luggage. The driver will also be responsible for offloading all luggage and placing it curbside.

Our larger vehicles (vans, minibuses) feature a rear wall partition that separates the luggage and the passenger cabin. This is for the safety and comfort of all on board as well as required for airline ground transportation contracts.

Our services include complimentary waiting time for flight arrivals and hotel pickups.  Should there be a delay, we ask that you kindly inform our office via telephone or email.


In response to the Covid-19 pandemic, our company has implemented additional precautionary measures for the health and safety of our employees and passengers. All drivers will wear face-covering masks and wipe down all interior surfaces of the vehicle including seats, door panels, center consoles as well as exterior door handles. Hand sanitizer, plastic gloves, and tissues will be readily available in all vehicles should passengers wish to utilize.


Our company takes the security of our passengers and chauffeurs very seriously. Our vehicles are maintained on a strict preventative maintenance schedule with pre-trip inspections mandated before every ride. Our vehicles are serviced by authorized manufacturer service centers and are thoroughly inspected by the New York State Department of Transportation (DOT) every 6 months.

All chauffeurs are required to maintain commercial driver’s licenses, as applicable for the vehicle class that they drive. They are subject to random drug and alcohol testing and their licenses are periodically reviewed for compliance and driving safety history.

Passengers will always have 3-point seatbelt available per seat.

Each luggage compartment is completely walled off from the passenger cabin for safety and security.


Should the airline require additional services outside the scope of anticipated ground transportation for the flight crew between the airports and hotels, we are readily able and willing to assist whether it be for airline passenger transport, media events, transportation for airline executives, etc.
